Pietro Street Lofts are located in a beautifully restored, turn-of-the-century brick building directly adjacent to downtown Morgantown. This building was gutted to the brick walls and stunningly re-imagined as six warehouse-style loft apartments. In addition to exposing the beauty of the original structure, we also replaced all of the mechanical systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC). The structure also has a monitored, inspected sprinkler system for additional safety and peace of mind.
