Josh White, owner of Pietro Street Lofts and Richwood Lofts

 Josh White became part of the Morgantown Modern Group with his purchase of The Pietro Street Lofts in 2014 and recently the Richwood Lofts in 2015.  Kris and Josh have known each other for years and both are excited about working together to make Morgantown Modern the best it can be.  Mr. White is a lifetime Morgantown resident and graduate of West Virginia University who understands the process of evolving from student to professional in a University town.  As an associate broker in Real Estate sales and manager of Hopewell Properties, he has a broad understanding of the industry.  Mr White is excited to be part of the unique Morgantown Modern brand, and ultimately hopes to work with his tenants to help them become homeowners in the Morgantown Community.

The developer of our entire property portfolio is Kris Knowles, a Morgantown native who has spent the past ten years fine-tuning our product. A licensed WV contractor, Mr. Knowles has designed, built, or renovated all of our properties and continues to play a hands-on role in the daily management of the business.
